Mega Guide - Football Offers

Recommended Posts

Football is the most profitable sport for reload offers with plenty of offers running every weekend on the Premier League and midweek Champions League.

There are typically 4 types of football offers:

1. Simple Bet X Get Y offers

Occasionally a bookmaker is in a good mood and offers a simple Bet £5 Get £10, Bet £5 Get £5 or similar offer on a football match.

Check the Weekend Offers blog post and the OddsMonkey Daily Offers Calendar for these.

2. DIY Bet X Get Y offers

DIY bets are increasingly popular with bookmakers as they look quite fun for punters.

DIY bets are special markets where you build your own bet, such as SkyBet RequestABet. Yyou combine, for example, 'Man Utd to win' and 'Both Teams To Score'. Sometimes you can lay DIY bets but other times it's not possible as there isn't a lay market available on the exchanges.

Check the DIY Bet guide for details on this.

3. Refund Lock In offers

Bookmakers sometimes run an offer where you get a free bet if something happens e.g. your team wins. To help you lock in a profit from these offers, OddsMonkey have built various calculators to help with this, such as the Win Bonus calculator and the Trigger Bet calculator.

The recommended calculator to use will be mentioned when you see the Team Profit offers blog post or in the OddsMonkey Calendar.

An example offer guide is the Paddy Power Refund If Win offer.

4. Refund No Lock In offers (most notably 2up!)

There is a lot of refund no lock in offers run by bookmakers. This is where you get a free bet or added cash if something happens, though we can't lock in a profit.

The most popular is 2up (2up guide) with Bet365 and Paddy Power as this is excellent value with pretty much unlimited stakes!

I'd recommend focusing on 2up though you can also try BoyleSports Crossbar offer (guide) and Betstars 80th minute offer (guide) should you be a more regular matched bettor.

Does laying DIY offers work out more profitable than just using advantage play and punting the trigger bet?

How many 2up bets would you recommend doing at any one time with any one bookie?  Do you do all that come up within parameters set in your video or stick to 2 or 3 at a time?

Tricky to say Lucy as there is no definitive answer.  All I will say is that one would assume that the more you do on any one day/event, the more likely you are to have your account restricted/gubbed by Bet365 as you are taking more value.

I personally do fewer matches and higher stakes, instead of more matches at lower stakes. It increases the variance, but I personally believe (hope) it is less of a flag for bonus abuse.

A quick question about the offer of WH Golden Goal, in the T&C they say they will pay next day ( not like the 2UP ), is it not risky to cash out the lay bet ? any experiences is welcome thank you
